Merivale Retirement Village engaged RedSpark Creative to design and build a new website that would showcase the village, its lifestyle and its comprehensive range of living options. The project coincided with a significant period of expansion, with new premium townhouses and apartments being developed, making the website an important tool for introducing prospective residents to the new homes and generating interest ahead of completion.

We created a welcoming, sophisticated digital experience that reflected the quality of the village and its beautifully landscaped surroundings. The website provided detailed information about the different accommodation options, village facilities, lifestyle and care services, while giving the new developments a strong visual presence. Dedicated pages for the premium townhouses and apartments allowed prospective residents to explore their features and benefits and register their interest.

The design balanced the practical information people need when considering retirement living with a strong emphasis on lifestyle. Location, community, gardens, facilities and the quality of the homes were all brought together to create a compelling picture of life at Merivale.

The result was a polished, informative website that served both as a comprehensive resource for existing residents and families and as a powerful marketing tool for the village's expansion.

This retirement village was sold in 2022 to Metlifecare so unfortunately the website was retired.
