Apartment Consultants Inc. (ACI) is the most successful income property brokerage firm in San Diego County and started in 1982. In order to stay ahead of the competition and continue as market leaders, they recognised the need to have a brand that was current and reflected the positioning of leaders. Their current brand was looking dated and not helping this cause.

With this new brand look and feel which is professional, consistent and brand aligned, ACI is well positioned to continue on and has gone from strength to strength. The logo represents growth through property. The other materials that were design under the new identity system are business cards, letterhead, custom envelopes, mailing labels, a slick brochure, presentation folder, Powerpoint template and report cover.
