FSCL (Financial Services Complaints Ltd) are a not-for-profit external dispute resolution scheme. They resolve complaints against financial service providers. RedSpark was engaged to develop the branding and marketing materials for their first annual conference. We designed overarching brand for the event, the registration forms, flyers, banners, lanyards and a Powerpoint template for use at the conference. the organisers were thrilled with the results and it was a very successful conference.
