Ranui House (formerly known as The Bone Marrow Cancer Trust) offers a free home away from home for patients and their whanau while, they are undergoing life saving treatment for cancer. They were looking to market themselves more effectively and ignite their campaign for more charitable donations to support their ongoing programme and an expansion. With a new marketing team in place they reached out to RedSpark for help with their branding, website and marketing materials.

After taking them through our thorough brand discovery process and establishing what their brand values and personality are, we got started on building a new brand, named Ranui House. The brand is all about love, care and respect. The new logo represents all this and includes a roofline to symbolise the home away from home.

When the logo and colours were finalised, we got to work on other touchpoints including a completely new website which is more focused on fundraising. Stationery, and printed marketing materials came next, closely followed by signage and a billboard.

Ranui House experienced a dramatic increase in donations and sponsorships including their biggest financial pledge to date, starting within just the first couple of weeks after the new website was launched. The rebrand and marketing campaign was a huge success.
